Paladin DesignBase 3.0 can be installed and run on Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 7 as long as the security feature called User Access Control (UAC) is turned off. You must be able to log on with or provide the credentials of a member of the local Administrators group in order to use the following procedure to disable UAC. Important:
Turning off UAC reduces the security of your computer and may expose you to increased risk from malicious software. We do not recommend leaving UAC disabled.
